What is the purpose of treating your personal data?

Purpose 1. To maintain contact,

  1. As a person of contact in order to maintain relationships with the legal entity or organization to which you provide your services.

  2. As an interested party who has contacted Montse Esteve, requesting information to meet your needs.

  3. As a person of contact in order to maintain a direct relationship.

Purpose 2. Sending commercial communications, also via e-mail or other equivalent electronic means of communication, about our products and services, as well as information about events, just in the case your authorization had been previously granted.

 

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept for Purpose 1:

  1. In the case of being the person of contact in order to maintain relationships with the legal entity or organization to which you provide your services, your data will be kept as long as our relationship with this entity or organization lasts, except for the deadlines established by the legal responsibilities that might derive from the relationship with the entity.

  2. In the case of an interested party having contacted us, up to 6 months after meeting their requirement, in case subsequent communications regarding the enquiry or information request take place.

  3. In the case of a contact person with whom we maintain a direct relationship, they will be preserved while this relationship lasts, excepting the legal terms of conservation.

For Purpose 2, regarding sending of commercial communications, we will keep your data as long as you do not show us your opposition to continue receiving our communications.

 

Automated decisions, profiles and applied logic:

The company will NOT make automated decisions.

 

What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?

The legal basis for the treatment of your data is to be necessary for the execution of the contract of sale and / or service provision, in which you are a party.

The treatment to carry out commercial communications by email or other means of electronic communication will be made under the protection of art. 21.2 of Law 34/2002 on services of the information society and electronic commerce that allows us to send you similar commercial communications or that are related to the product or service originally acquired, as long as you do not express your opposition to said shipments (see section “Rights” below).

 

To whom will your data be communicated?

The legal basis for processing your data with the Purpose 1 of maintaining contact is:

  1. In the case of being the person of contact in order to maintain relationships with the legal entity or organization to which you provide your services, it is meeting the legitimate interest of the responsible person, according to what is established in the article 6.1. of the RGPD (Reglamento General de Protección de Datos).

  2. In the case of an interested party having contacted us, the legal basis is obtaining their consent.

  3. In the case of a contact person with whom we maintain a direct relationship, it is meeting the legitimate interest of the responsible person, according to what is established in the article 6.1. of the RGPD (Reglamento General de Protección de Datos).

In the case of Purpose 2, regarding sending of commercial communications, the legal basis for processing your data is obtaining your consent.

 

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation on whether MONTSE ESTEVE S.L.U. is processing personal information that concerns them or not.

They also have the following rights:

  • Right to request access to their personal data.

  • Right to request data modification.

  • Right to request data deletion.

  • Right to request the limitation of the treatment.

  • Right to oppose treatment.

  • Right to data portability.

  • Right to withdraw the consent given.

  • Right of information.
